Victoria Smurfit wears eyeshadow created for Irish eyes in Paddy's Day parade (2025)

Green set the scene for Grand Marshal Victoria Smurfit in the Paddy's Day parade. The Irish actress sported many shades of green between her fashion and beauty look, and we were naturally keeping an eye out for any details.

To get her glam on for the biggest day in the Irish annual calendar, Victoria had her glam squad behind the scenes. Leading Irish hairstylist, Dylan Bradshaw was on hair, and MUA Nicki Fanning was on makeup duties.

And, it seems fitting for leading the Paddy's Day parade, Victoria wore an eyeshadow palette that was created for Irish eyes. This is a beauty, and quite unlike anything else on the market.

Victoria Smurfit - Beauty Look

The eyes of the world are always on the Paddy's Day parade in Dublin so Victoria's glam was super important. Dylan styled her long blonde hair with cool beachy waves (no doubt adding some finishing spray in case of damp or wet weather).

Nicki went the green route with her makeup, choosing an eyeshadow palette that reflected the colour of nature was inspired by Ireland. The Beautifying Emerald Effect eyeshadow palette from Charlotte Tilbury (€60) was created for Irish eyes because, as she told us herself, Irish women have the most beautiful eye colours in the world. Emerald Eyes

Victoria looked chic for the Paddy's Day parade dressed in green, but the Emerald Effect eye shadow palette stole the show. With her strikingly blue eyes, the greens and golds from the palette made her eyes stand out even more.

Along with the eyeshadow palette, Nicki lined Victoria's eyes with Charlotte's Green Lights eyeliner (€31) a super smart liner that comes in other colour ways. At one end you have a deep matte shade of emerald which looks great lining the upper eye. At the other end, a metallic mossy green that looks great under the eye or smudged out. It's beautiful on all eye colours but especially blue and green.

Limited-Edition Beauty

Charlotte's Emerald Effect eye shadow palette comes in another five limited edition colour ways, each as lovely as the last, but the Emerald version was the first to sell out at Brown Thomas.

It is, however, still available on Charlotte's website so shop it there while you can. It looked phenomenal in Victoria Smurfit's Paddy's Day beauty look, it will do just the same for your Irish eyes.
